The article throws light on nature , it's abuse by human beings who have forgotten that they are a part of it and their obsession of materialistic things and behaviours driven by selfishness and pride leading to exploitation of natural resources and abuse of the animal kingdom.

Nature includes all the plants, animals etc..on the earth and all the things that are not made or caused by people ..... THAT'S HOW WE DEFINE NATURE RIGHT!? BUT

LETS HAVE A CHANGE !!!!

Nature, Environment are things from which we all are connected, this is the main reason of human existence.Where as human are snatching there own life for their luxury. 

We,as humans have become dependent on luxuries such as automobiles, houses etc.

Our love for plastic and metallic goods are also increasing and affecting environment.Things like over-consumption and over-exploitation are dramatically increasing.

Progress in 21st century is due to change on environment in unprecedented ways by  humans. Over-population has grown into an epidemic. Pollution is every where from trash thrown out on the free way to millions of metric tons. Increase in the pollution is so bad that 2.4 billion population do not have access to clean water.

Air is arguably the most polluted with us, producing 147 million metrics tons of air pollution each year alone !!!!

5.25 trillion plastic debris in Ocean.

Not only garbage cause water pollution but also the excessive amount of fertilizer.Forest are cleared to make a new way for humans. According to an international data estimation,over 18 million acres of tress are cleared every year. 

Every year more than thousands of

animals are being killed either for food or just for fun. 

Animals like Sellers Sea Cow and

Cryptoprocta Spelea are already extinct.

Now it's Tiger, Lion and Rhino's turn.Now we don't have to poach the animals. They will die every century effortlessly. Human intelligence is amazing, without much effort earth can be destroyed. MISSION DESTROY EARTH is going to be accomplished soon.

Environmental Impact of Video streaming

You have been spending this lockdown with more entertainment from binge watching on Netflix, Amazon prime video, Youtube and other OTT (Over The Top) platforms. But, do you know? video streaming has a notable impact on environment. Yes, in a negative way!

How does video streaming impact the Environment?

Video streaming accounts for 60% of the  world's internet traffic. It generates 1% of the global CO2 emissions each year (1% of CO2 emissions accounts for 300million tonnes!) This is because a huge amount of energy is consumed by the servers that Store the videos, and the networks that distribute the content. 

Of the whole video streaming traffic, one third comes from on-demand video services like Netflix or Amazon Prime. One third comes from social media like Youtube and video sharing WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. Finally, one third comes from pornography websites.

Ofcourse, video streaming carbon emissions are far from the emissions of the farming, transportation or clothing industries. However, it is expected to rise significantly in the next few years.

What can we do? 

However, it's impossible to stop watching Netflix, Youtube or Instagram. These are great! 

But, there are simple steps that we can take up to make sure that we are not over consuming. For example, don't leave your TV with Netflix or Amazon if you are not watching. Avoid using Youtube as background noise, and if you are using it to listen music without watching the videos, why not using a music platform instead of a video one? Finally, if you love a video and want to watch it again and again, it might be better to download it on your laptop, mobile or tablet.
